I am a registered Debt Counsellor and will develop a repayment plan that is affordable to you, the consumer and acceptable to the credit providers; does a budget/proposal to calculate how much an over-indebted consumer can afford and extend payment terms and reduce interest rates (if possible) as set out in the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 and regulated by the National Credit Regulator and National Credit Tribunal.
