Excolo was registered in 2016 and is a B-BBEE Level 1, 100% BWO EME.

Excolo started off training and consulting to SMEs and slowly added ESD Programme Design and Management.

In 2019 Excolo expanded to include a fully structured outsourced office specialising in Training Support and Advisory, ESD Project Management and SME Growth Services.

Training Advisory and Support: Excolo takes pride in being a support to Training companies as Facilitators, Content Design and Accreditation with SETAs. Our qualifications and experience in this space are a value-add to our partners wanting to up-skill the unemployed and current workforce

ESD Project Management: ESD forms a key and priority element on the B-BBEE scorecard. Through shared values with Excolo’s clients being either ESD Practitioners or Corporate ESD Manager, we collectively consider this the most effective way to develop entrepreneurs and support sustainable job creation.
